Conveniently located at the Blu In Property with direct access to Ocotillo Wells SVRA. We are just 2 hours from San Diego, 3 hours from Los Angeles and a short drive from Palm Springs, Borrego Springs, Julian and Salton Sea.

Our Side by Side Rentals at Ocotillo Wells are available daily, choose from full day rentals from 8am- 4pm, half day 8-12, 10-2om, or 12-4pm, *new 2 hour rentals daily with start times of 8am, 10am, 12pm and 2pm . We are open everyday, if you don’t have a booking please call us to schedule. Our season begins in October and end in May, depending on weather conditions.

ATV single passenger Quad Rentals are available for 2, 4, 8 or 24 hours.

Every rental requires RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER, RENTAL AGREEMENT & TERMS OF USE signed by the renter and all riders. Legal parents or guardians sign waivers for minors. All RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER, RENTAL AGREEMENT & TERMS OF USE are available at time of booking and it is recommended to complete them before you arrive so your entire group is authorized to drive and ride.  All drivers are required to watch safety video and be present at checkin.

Renters must be 18 or older and hold a full and valid driver’s license to be able to rent/operate a vehicle.

UTV Drivers must be 18+,

2 Seat Quad Drivers must be 16+

1 Seat Quad Drivers must be 14+.

Renter and UTV Drivers must bring driver’s license and credit or debit card with you on the day of booking.  Only drivers over 18 and with a valid driver’s license present at check in are permitted to drive our CanAm Mavericks.

CanAm recommends all UTV passengers be tall enough to always be properly seated with their back against the backrest with seat belt fastened, holding the handholds, and feet firmly planted.

All ATV operators must be able to reach the pedals and controls and wear an approved helmet. 

The cost of these high performace vehicles exceeds $30,000, so we do ask for a $2,500 security deposit on side by side rentals. Two passenger ATV’s have a $1000 day hold and $1500 if rented overnight.  The ATV’s have a $500 deposit or $1000 if rented overnight. This deposit is an authorization hold, not a charge and will be released within a few days after the vehicle is returned without damage.

There is no insurance on rentals so if the vehicles are damaged you will be responsible for the full amount of the repairs. The damage hold is not applied to your credit card until the day of the rental.

All vehicles use 91 octane fuel which can be purchased out front of the Blu In Cafe.

​Due to high demand for our vehicles, we do NOT offer refunds except in the case of operator cancellation or within 24 hours of the initial booking. In addition, if the rental activity is initially booked within a 48 hour period, there are no refunds.

However, customers can cancel and reschedule on another available date during the same season at no cost, our current 2025-2026 season starts October and ends in May. You can only reschedule within this same season.

NO WARRANTY – INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY – NO INSURANCE PROVIDED – WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By renting and operating a vehicle from our company, you acknowledge and accept that off-roading is an inherently dangerous activity that carries significant risks, including serious injury, disability, or death. You assume full responsibility for your actions and agree to abide by all safety rules.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER
You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in this activity at your own risk.
Our company does not provide insurance coverage for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your rental.
You agree to waive all claims against our company, owners, employees, affiliates, and manufacturers for any injuries or damages arising from the use of rented vehicles.

KEEP YOUR ARMS AND BODY INSIDE THE VEHICLE
To prevent serious injuries, including broken bones and amputations, keep your arms, hands, and all body parts inside the vehicle at all times—whether you’re driving or riding as a passenger. In the event of a roll over hold on to the steering wheel or criss cross arms making a x pattern.

SAFETY RULES & REQUIRED CONDUCT
Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of your rental without refund:
✅ KEEP ALL BODY PARTS INSIDE THE VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES. Extending arms, hands, or legs outside the vehicle can result in severe injuries, including amputation.
✅ SEAT BELTS AND HELMETS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. No exceptions.
✅ WINDOW NETS MUST REMAIN SECURED. All UTVs are equipped with window nets to help keep rocks and debris from flying in the vehicle.
✅ USE HANDLES & GRAB BARS, NOT THE ROLL CAGE. Never grab onto the roll cage or put your arms outside the vehicle.
✅ WATCH THE REQUIRED SAFETY VIDEO BEFORE OPERATING A VEHICLE. All drivers must watch a 4-minute safety video upon arrival.

PROHIBITED DRIVING BEHAVIOR
Reckless driving puts you and others at serious risk. The following actions are strictly forbidden:
🚫 Excessive Speed
🚫 Holding onto the roll cage while driving
🚫 Extending arms or body parts outside the vehicle
🚫 Doing donuts or other stunt driving
🚫 Climbing steep hills dangerously

If you are caught engaging in any of the above behaviors, your rental will be revoked immediately with no refund.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
You acknowledge that our company is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from accidents, reckless driving, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
You are financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle during your rental period.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company from any claims, lawsuits, or liabilities arising from your use of the rented vehicle.

RIDING ALONE IS NOT RECOMMENDED
For your safety, we strongly advise against riding alone. If you are injured or experience a rollover, having a riding partner or group can make a critical difference in getting help quickly.
Off-roading can be unpredictable, and cell service may be limited in certain areas.
Traveling with others ensures that someone can assist you in case of an emergency.
Always let someone know your planned route and estimated return time.
